Heber City offers a wide array of activities for all seasons.  We purposely did not put a winter sport picture up at the top not because the Park City area is known for one of the best skiing in the world {or Deer Valley known for it's most manicured slopes} but just to point out the benefits of owning a home or vacationing in this area.  It truly is an all season paradise!

Boating

Currant Creek Reservoir - Located in the Uinta National Forest.  A small lake with fishing, set at 7,600 ft altitude.
Deer Creek Reservoir - Located in the southwest corner of Heber Valley.  One of the best fishing lakes in Utah with warm water and consistent winds.  Great for boating, wind surfing, sunbathing, swimming and sailboating.  Lake is approximately 6 sq. miles.
Jordanelle Reservoir - Located in a valley east of the Wasatch Mountains. Known for it's watersports and fishing. Jordanelle State Park offers camping and picnicking.  Lake is approximately 6 sq. miles.
Provo River -  Meandering through the middle of Heber Valley and known for its blue-ribbon fishing. The Provo originates high in the Uinta mountains; it is collected at Jordanelle and Deer Creek reservoirs before arriving at its destination, Utah Lake. 
Rockport Reservoir - Rockport Reservoir is a popular destination for fishing, water skiing, swimming and sailing. Water skiing is good early morning and dusk and afternoons present good sailing breezes. Five campgrounds offer both developed and primitive camping in a variety of settings.  Lake is approximately 1.2 sq. miles  .
Strawberry Reservoir - Strawberry Reservoir is a huge body of water that offers great opportunities for boating and fishing. There are a few recreation complexes around the lake offering camping, picnicking, and marina services.  Lake is approximately 30 sq. miles.
