beautiful recreational/residential area is the setting of
Timberlakes Estates. Come enjoy the panoramic views of Heber Valley
and the Wasatch Mountains. Escape to the seclusion and serenity of

Forest. Timberlakes Estates subdivision is located just seven miles
east of Heber City, Utah. This private gated community is filled
with several lakes, numerous ponds and streams. Deer, moose, fox,

Timberlakes Estates has almost 1600 lots that average about one acre
in size. There are nearly 700 cabins and homes. Timberlakes rises
from 6700 feet at Lake Creek to an elevation of 8500 feet at the
top. There is over a mile of paved road
beyond the entrance leading to the access of 30 miles of gravel
roads. These roads take you from mountain oaks and junipers up into
the beautiful aspen and pine-filled land. |

distinct seasons are enjoyed here with recreational opportunities
abounding! Hike into hundreds of acres of treed open spaces... sit
alongside a quiet stream in numerous common areas... or find a ridge
top and admire the tremendous views of the surrounding mountains.
